How can I book the equipment I need?

To secure any booking we request that you pay the total hire fee of the equipment you require as we operate on a first come, first served basis.

How can I pay to secure a booking?

We take all types of credit/debit cards, except for American Express. All card payment transactions must be completed at the shop premises whereby the pin number is entered. Unfortunately, we cannot take any card payments over the phone.

Alternatively, the most preferred method is by Bank Transfer as most people now use Online Banking. For this method, we confirm all of your hire details by email and provide you with our bank details for your transfer. When payment has been received we forward your invoice by email confirming your hire.

Is the equipment I hire demonstrated to me?

Yes. All equipment is demonstrated in full working order with easy step-by-step instructions before leaving the premises.

What happens if I want to use my own or a third party mixer or other equipment with yours?

This is not a problem, but we ask that you bring your own/third party equipment with you on collection of your hire to test with our equipment.

How does the Deposit work?

You will notice on our website that all products have an individual deposit amount which is refundable when the goods have been returned and checked. Depending on the equipment you require you will need to add up all of the deposit amounts to give you the total deposit amount.

The total deposit amount is only taken on the day you collect your hire by way of a pre-authorisation on your credit/debit card. This means that the deposit amount is not actually taken as a transaction, but is reserved by the Bank; Therefore, there needs to be sufficient funds in your account to cover the deposit amount. When your hire has been returned and checked the deposit will be automatically released back into your account within 7-10 working days.

Alternatively, some people prefer to pay the deposit by Bank Transfer which is then transferred directly back to your bank by us when the hire has been returned and checked.
